1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AItoVid (operating at aitovid.fun, "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, and AI video generation tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Service Description

AItoVid is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to generate video content from text, images, and reference materials. The Service provides text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-guided generation features.

The Service relies on third-party AI models as technical infrastructure, and we are an independent platform with no affiliation, cooperation, or official endorsement from any model provider.

4. User Accounts

You may need to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities or actions under your account, whether authorized or not. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  1. Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, violent, or politically sensitive;
  2. Generate any form of NSFW (Not Safe For Work), explicit, pornographic, adult-oriented, or clearly sexually suggestive content;
  3. Create deepfake, face-swapped, face-manipulated, or voice-synthesized content that impersonates others without explicit consent;
  4. Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, portrait rights, or other legitimate rights of any person or entity;
  5. Generate content that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service;
  6. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, stability, security of the Service, as well as related servers and networks;
  7. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or backend systems;
  8. Use bots, crawlers, scripts, or other automated programs to access or abuse the Service in bulk;
  9. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise crack any part of the Service.

6. Third-Party Model Association and Transparency Statement

The underlying AI model technologies used by our platform include but are not limited to Sora 2, Veo 3.1, and Seedance.

It is hereby clearly stated that AItoVid has no official affiliation, cooperation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization relationship with the providers of these models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, etc.).

We are solely independent developers of technical applications and platform services, and not an official affiliated product of any model provider.

7. User Content & Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images, text, materials, and videos you upload or generate through the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for all User Content.

7.2 License to AItoVid

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and safeguarding the Service.

7.3 Platform Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website, Service, brand logos, software, and original content are owned by AItoVid or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Credits, Payments & Subscriptions

8.1 Credits & Fees

Certain features require paid credits, which can be obtained through one-time purchase or subscription. All fee standards are displayed on the pricing page.

8.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscription services will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorize us to collect renewal fees through the selected payment service provider.

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

9. Refund Policy

  1. All paid credits and subscription services are non-refundable once used;
  2. Unused monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 24 hours of the initial purchase;
  3. Unused annual subscriptions may be refunded within 72 hours of the initial purchase;
  4. Users in the EU and Turkey may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws;
  5. No refunds will be given for used credits, generated videos, account violations, or service abuse. Transaction fees may be deducted from approved refunds.

10. Content Safety & Moderation

We implement mandatory filtering mechanisms for pornographic, violent, and non-compliant content (NSFW) to automatically block prohibited generated content.

We reserve the right to remove, reject, or delete any User Content that violates these Terms, and to suspend or ban accounts for repeated violations.

The use of third-party APIs or models does not constitute a defense for generating non-compliant content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

We are not liable for service abnormalities caused by fluctuations in third-party AI models or API interfaces.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AItoVid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or damage to goodwill.

13. Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AItoVid from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms shall take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service after the Terms are updated shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
